My Teaching / Research + Mindfulness

I currently teach business and entrepreneurship at BMCC. I study how ultrabrief meditation impacts the study of these subjects. I have been measuring self-efficacy and empathy.

Ultrabrief meditation in scholarly research has been shown to have a variety of potential benefits, including improving focus, reducing stress and anxiety, and enhancing self-awareness. It’s great to see that you’re exploring how it might impact your classroom, studies, or other areas.

Measuring self-efficacy and empathy is also an important part of my research.

Self-efficacy is the belief in one’s ability to succeed in a particular situation or accomplish a specific task. It can be an important predictor of success in business and entrepreneurship. Empathy, on the other hand, is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. It’s an essential skill for building relationships and understanding the needs of customers and clients.

By measuring the impact of ultrabrief meditation on these two variables, have been able to gain insights into how it could improve the performance of business and entrepreneurship students.

I welcome collaborations!
